It is indeed a great honor and pleasure for me to welcome you all to a seminar on STRATEGIES FOR WRITING AN EFFECTIVE FUNDED RESEARCH PROPOSAL AND HIGH-QUALITY RESEARCH PAPERS. About the guest speaker, Dr. J Sivaraman, has completed his postdoc under the National Post-Doctoral Fellowship [2017-2019] from DST-SERB, Government of India. He is currently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Biotechnology & Medical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha.Dr. Sivaraman has undertaken several sponsored projects and published articles in well-known journals such as ResearchGate, Elsevier, and the AmericanbScientific Publisher.He also serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals including IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics,
