The session was designed as an interactive and experiential learning program that encouraged the non-teaching staffs to engage in self-reflection, group activities, and meaningful discussions. They explored self-awareness, personal purpose, effective communication, happiness, and emotional well-being while gaining practical insights into their own thoughts, behaviours, and interpersonal relationships.
The program also included multitasking and attention-based activities that helped non-teaching staffs to experience the impact of distractions, task switching, and prioritization in everyday life. Through these activities, they learned practical strategies to improve focus, manage responsibilities effectively, and work more efficiently without unnecessary stress.
In addition, they were introduced to Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation (JPMR) and smile techniques to enhance stress management, emotional regulation, and psychological well-being.
