Bridging Campus to Corporate, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, in association with the Office of Alumni Relations, organized an alumni interaction session titled “Bridging Campus to Corporate” on 25th October 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. Kiruthic P, an alumnus of the 2018–2022 batch of EEE, who is currently working as a Member Technical Staff at Zoho Corporation. The event was specially arranged for the First Year IT students to provide valuable insights into the transition from academic life to corporate culture.

During the session, Mr. Kiruthic shared his professional journey and discussed the essential skills required to succeed in the corporate environment. He highlighted the importance of communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning as key attributes for career success. He also encouraged students to utilize their academic years effectively by engaging in technical projects, internships, and co-curricular activities.

The event was further graced by Dr. Suryaganth, Head – Alumni Relations, and Dr. Anusha, Vice Principal, who felicitated the alumnus for his valuable contribution and continued association with the institution. Their presence added significance to the occasion and motivated students to stay connected with their alma mater.

Actual Outcome:
The session was highly interactive and inspiring. Students gained a clear understanding of corporate expectations, professional conduct, and skill development strategies. The event successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications, fostering career awareness and motivation among the young learners.
