The Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "Emerging Trends and Innovations in Biomedical Engineering: From Diagnostics to Marketable Solutions" was conducted from January 27 to January 31, 2025. The program aimed to explore advancements in biomedical diagnostics, cutting-edge innovations, and strategies for translating research into market-ready solutions. Eminent speakers from academia shared insights on medical imaging, machine learning, AI-driven diagnostics, and medical hygiene. Hands-on sessions and case studies enhanced participants' practical understanding. Discussions emphasized regulatory aspects, funding opportunities, and commercialization strategies. The FDP facilitated networking among researchers, fostering collaborations for future innovations.
