The Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development (CIIED) and the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, are organizing a Placement Training Session on "Igniting Innovation: Developing a Future-Ready Mindset in the AI Era". The resource persons are Dr. Sathya Thangavel, Assistant Professor, Department of Soft Skills and Communication, ICFAI Business School, Bengaluru, and Prof. Surjyabrat Buragohain, Professor, Human Resources, ICFAI Business School, Bengaluru.
The session aims to help students build an innovative, adaptable and career-ready outlook for campus placements in a fast-changing, AI-driven job market. The resource persons will share practical insights on developing an innovation mindset, strengthening communication and employability skills, and preparing for the transition from campus to corporate.
